By using myrafy.com or requesting an estimate from Myrafy ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

3. Website and tools
- Content on the site (blog, services copy, case studies) is for general information. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice beyond what a signed engagement defines.
- Free developer tools are provided as-is for convenience. Most processing happens in your browser. Do not enter production secrets or regulated personal data into tools.
- We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site without notice.
4. Estimates and inquiries
Submitting a form or message does not create a contract. Quotes and timelines are estimates until both parties sign a statement of work (SOW) or proposal. We may decline work that is a poor fit.
5. Client engagements
When you engage Myrafy:
- Scope & fees are defined in the written statement of work or proposal for that project.
- IP in deliverables typically transfers to you upon full payment, unless the agreement says otherwise (e.g. open-source components, our internal tools, or pre-existing materials).
- Client materials you provide remain yours; you grant us a license to use them solely to perform the work.
- Confidentiality - we treat non-public project information as confidential. Mutual NDAs are available on request before detailed discussions.
- Third-party services (cloud accounts, APIs, licenses) remain your responsibility unless we agree in writing to procure them.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse forms, scrape the site aggressively, or attempt to disrupt services
- Submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Misrepresent your identity or authority to engage us
- Use tools or content in violation of applicable law
7. Payments
Fees, milestones, and payment methods are stated in your agreement or platform escrow. Late or failed payment may pause work. Taxes (including GST where applicable) are as specified in invoices.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND FREE TOOLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.
For paid engagements, warranties (if any) are limited to those in the signed agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myrafy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, arising from use of the site or tools. Our total liability related to the website is limited to USD $100. Liability for paid project work is governed by the project agreement (and often capped at fees paid for that engagement).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Myrafy against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your content, or your breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
11. Third-party links
Links to third parties are not endorsements. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar / Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a project agreement specifies otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Material changes for ongoing website use take effect when posted. Project contracts are not modified by website terms alone.
